Skillsire Corporation, founded in 2024, is driven by a singular vision: to transform the job search experience and streamline the connection between professionals and employers, while challenging the status quo.
2018 – 2023 has shown some of the most dark times in the history of job search, where candidates were not getting even an interview even after 1000s of job applications and each of these job application take so much time of the candidate. This had always been our dream to reduce this friction in job hunting for job seekers.
So in 2024 we started a project with a small team to automate gather jobs from companies directly and added search functionality. In our first run, we collected 1000s of jobs from 25,000+ companies and used AI to extract key details from the descriptions.
Currently, we fetch jobs twice a day, and through AI, we process between 2K to 3K fresh jobs every day.
