When Skillsire processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use, the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Skillsire securely stores your data on Microsoft Cloud Services in the USA, using commercially reasonable security practices.

Skillsire is both a Controller and a Processor, depending on the circumstance. You have the ability to access and modify your data when it is on our platform.

Skillsire is also a platform for employers. When you submit an application on Skillsire , you authorize Skillsire to share your personal data with employers for the purposes of your job application, and you enter into a new direct data relationship with that employer. To exercise your GDPR rights, please contact them directly, as beyond the point of application Skillsire does not have access to this data once it is sent to them.

Marketing

Skillsire would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Skillsire from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Skillsire Group.
